Job Description
We are looking for a reception staff to handle common reception tasks, conduct sales conversations, and provide excellent guest care in a 3* Superior Hotel in Altenahr, Germany.
Requirements
- Handling of common reception tasks (Check-In/Out; wake-up service; guest care, etc.)
- Conducting sales conversations personally and by phone
- Handling incoming correspondence
- Professional handling of complaints
- Serving food and drinks
