Job Description
Hotelchamp is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their small commercial team. The role involves generating new business through high-volume outreach, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities for the senior sales team.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to hotel prospects in DACH region
- Perform additional outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls/demos
- Clearly communicate the Hotelchamp value proposition
- Build, maintain, and update lead lists
- Manage CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive)
- Support market research to identify new opportunities
- Meet weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)
