Bilingual Procurement Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is partnering with a construction and engineering services company to fill a Bilingual Procurement Specialist role. The role will support day-to-day purchasing and supplier coordination activities, working closely with internal project teams and overseas vendors to ensure materials and services are procured accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of procurement, purchasing, or administrative experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• ERP system experience
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
