Compensation Analyst (Rewards) role supporting a leading financial services organization with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or financial/data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, data analysis required).
- Experience with salary surveys, market data, job evaluations, and compensation analysis.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insightful, data-driven recommendations.
- Experience working with payroll data, reconciliation, or compensation reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience with HCM systems or compensation tools preferred.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to explain compensation concepts clearly.
