Mechanical Designer

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Mechanical Designer for a well-established MEP consulting engineering firm in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves leading and coordinating mechanical/plumbing system designs for various construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, leadership skills, and system design experience.

Requirements

• 1-5 years designing mechanical/plumbing systems in the AEC industry
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with Trane Trace load calculations, HVAC system layouts, plumbing system equipment, and piping layout
• Familiarity with software tools such as COMcheck, Excel, OneNote, and Word
• Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to lead and mentor team members, and effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
