Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support logistics and inventory operations at a busy distribution center in Phoenix. This is a great hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving warehouse environment and enjoys physical, team-based work.
Requirements
- Unload, receive, and label incoming shipments accurately.
- Assist with sorting, shelving, and organizing warehouse inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to packing lists and customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including box labeling and staging for pickup.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist with routine inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Use pallet jacks or carts to move materials (training provided).
- Communicate with warehouse leads and managers on daily priorities.
