Assoc Business Solutions Mgr

HMH is a learning technology company seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst to support enterprise data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills across modern data platforms and BI tools, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures, financial reporting, and customer lifecycle analytics.

Requirements

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Informatica, and SQL.
• Manage data ingestion from Salesforce and other business systems.
• Build and maintain data models and marts for reporting and analytics.
• Develop dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics, and Tableau Pulse.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Support KPI development, funnel reporting, retention analytics, and financial reporting.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
• Maintain documentation and participate in Agile delivery processes.
