6-Month Off-Cycle Internship - Corporate Finance

Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a 6-month internship candidate to work in the Corporate Finance business in Paris, France. The internship provides opportunities to gain valuable on-the-job training, assist in M&A advisory assignments, and develop financial modeling and valuation analysis skills.

Requirements

• Completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both English and French
• 6+ months of previous internship experience within M&A and/or related fields
• Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
• Good proficiency with MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel
