Client Receptionist

Client Receptionist responsible for meeting and greeting clients, providing a world-class guest experience, and ensuring a clean and tidy client floor. Reporting to Corporate Services management, with responsibilities including statistics on client floor usage and additional support for hot desk bookings.

• Experience in delivering 5-star service standards in a corporate workplace
• Ability to liaise accurately verbally and written using appropriate professional corporate language
• Experienced problem solver, diligent, detailed, and thorough
• Acts with integrity and understands the importance of confidentiality
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Technical knowledge of meeting room systems
