The HR Data & Analytics Analyst will support HCG Analytics functions at Houlihan Lokey by providing reports and analytics to Finance Operations, HCG colleagues and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not essential)
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Business Analytics, HR Systems management or related field
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience working with HRIS systems and system integrations. Workday Experience preferred
- Proven project management capabilities, including experience running multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping deadlines and an ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritization, time pressures and adherence to deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and/or sensitive data
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
