Global Artistry Trainer

We are seeking a Global Artistry Trainer with a strong retail selling background, public speaking experience, refined artistry skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. Previous luxury beauty experience is required. The Global Artistry Trainer will educate Account Executives and Freelance team on product knowledge, artistry, and selling techniques to achieve sales goals, partner with Vice President of Artistry and Training to develop successful in-store events, and represent the brand at new store openings and store events.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years industry cosmetics background
• Exceptional artistry and selling skills
• Must have exceptional training and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel internationally and work weekends as necessary
