Sr. Manager, Product Marketing

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Marketing to support the end-to-end management, development, and execution of the global product calendar, innovation pipeline, and product marketing strategies across categories. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, innovative marketer with a strong passion for beauty products, product marketing, and new product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the beauty industry; luxury experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Deep passion for product, especially within cosmetics and skincare
• Exceptional communication skills; a natural collaborator, relationship builder, and highly organized team player
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex workflows
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking performance, interpreting data, and generating actionable insights
• Highly adaptable, resourceful, and forward thinking, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
• Global perspective with experience supporting international markets or global product strategies
• Experience in innovative, fast-paced startups or indie beauty brands is a plus
