Housecall Pro is seeking an Onboarding Coach Specialist to build customized onboarding plans for newly enrolled home service professionals. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, resolving problems, building confidence, and helping customers achieve their goals through coaching and training. Requirements
- 1+ years experience in full-time in a client-facing onboarding or support role
