Senior Staff Product Manager II (Risk)

Housecall Pro is looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager II (Risk) to lead the development of trust and safety ecosystem and protect money movement, accounts, and communications across their SaaS platform. The role involves defining and evangelizing the risk strategy, architecting scalable risk capabilities, and leading high-stakes cross-squad initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, platform-level systems
• Deep domain expertise in Fintech, Payments, Trust & Safety, or Security at scale
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
• Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level and lead without authority across dozens of teams
• Technical mastery of system architecture, event-driven environments, and enforcement mechanisms
• Advanced data fluency with the ability to define complex metrics and leverage SQL to drive iteration
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, specifically in writing high-quality strategic proposals
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
