Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Solid understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and modern development practices
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, with a willingness to learn new ones as needed
• Experience building and maintaining production systems or applications, including debugging and performance optimization
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively across disciplines and teams
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
• Product-oriented thinking, motivated by building solutions that serve real customer needs
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and enthusiasm for learning and applying them
