Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef

We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and lead a team of back of the house employees. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience and a strong understanding of kitchen stations, with a focus on customer service and team management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the culinary industry
• Knowledge of all kitchen stations
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work major holidays and high-volume periods
• ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred)
