Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Host to provide exceptional service and create a memorable experience for our guests. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for greeting them, managing reservations, and providing high-quality communication and service.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Greeting guests as they enter and depart
- Managing reservations
- Providing guests with menus and answering initial questions
- Managing the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas
- Tending to special guest needs and requests
- Answering phone calls and taking reservations
- A knowledge of the menu and store offerings
- Helping and supporting other positions in the restaurant as needed
