Job Description
The Server will provide high-quality service that will help maintain and attract customers. The Server will have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with all other staff.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Engaging with internal and external guests
- Working on a 'Toast Goes' handheld to take and input orders
- Knowledge of the menu and an ability to make recommendations and upsell
- Collect and process payments
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Work through complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Proper attention to cleanliness and safety
