Product Manager - Platform & Internal Ops

We're looking for an experienced Platform Product Manager to build the engines that power HousingAnywhere’s growth, treating our core business capabilities as high-value products and defining the product vision for how money moves, how risk is managed, and how our teams operate efficiently across our multi-brand ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a Marketplace, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
• Strategic Mindset: You're able to think strategically about the product’s long-term vision while also paying meticulous attention to the details of execution.
• Problem-Solving Ability: You're a true problem solver with strong analytical capabilities. You're able to manage multiple, often competing, priorities effectively.
• Cross-Functional Communication: You act as the bridge between diverse internal teams.
• Outcome Orientation: You measure success by business impact (e.g.,'reduced fraud by 10%,' 'improved payout speed by 20%'), not just by the number of features shipped.
• Stakeholder Empathy: You view internal teams as your customers.
• Technical Fluency: While you don't need to code, you understand the complexity of integrations, data flows, and platform architecture well enough to challenge estimates and propose scalable solutions.
• Data-Driven Approach: You are data-informed, using insights to guide your decisions. Experience with event-based analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude is a big plus.
