Requirements

• Experience as a professional player, graduated college player/student, or experience as a college/high school baseball or softball coach
• Organized, efficient, and consistent positive communication skills
• Team player and ready to take direction
• Solid organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to organize baseball and softball practices
• Able to instruct all facets of baseball and softball
