Job Description
The Houston Astros seek a Minor League Coaching Associate in the Player Development Department to serve as a uniformed coach at our complex in the Dominican Republic.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional or collegiate playing experience is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
