Registered Nurse (RN), Psychiatry Clinical Supervisor Fulltime

We are recruiting for a full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor at Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. The RN Clinical Supervisor contributes to the hospital's mission and values, and responsibilities include supervising staff, completing audits, and participating in quality assurance activities. The role requires a current RN license in the State of TX, BSN preferred, and two years of management experience in an Inpatient Mental Health setting. The ideal candidate will have skills in maintaining confidential information, flexibility, and organizational skills, and will provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Licensure: Current RN license to practice in the State of TX required, BSN preferred.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program
• Experience: Two years of management experience preferred in an Inpatient Mental Health setting.
• Certifications: Current CPR or obtain in orientation and Hospital de-escalation program must be attained upon orientation.
• Team player
• Skills in maintaining information as highly confidential; very skilled in flexibility, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Basic skills in personnel management concepts and methods.
• Basic teaching or training skills preferred; Must be able to understand apply applicable standards and regulations (e.g. TJC, HCFA,Title 22)
