Requirements

• Must either have your real estate license or are willing to take classes and get your license
• Must have a moderate level of internet and data management competency
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Must be able to work with and respond to clients promptly
• Must be able to manage a high volume of closings
• Must have finances set aside to pay any fees associated with obtaining an maintaining real estate license
• Hardworking, ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail
