Academic Coordinator

The Academic Coordinator will support the Cathy Hughes School of Communications with tasks associated with Enrollment Management and the Graduate School, providing administrative support to the four academic units and maintaining process efficiencies across CHSOC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of academic scheduling systems and experience coordinating several units to address important academic matters for students and faculty.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in the execution of tasks and duties.
• Ability to think critically, quickly triage issues, de-escalate situations, and respond to crises.
• Strong customer service and student orientation.
