The Administrative Coordinator will provide front-line professional support for the administrative needs of the Office of the Bursar and the Associate Vice President for Finance and Bursar at Howard University.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Finance and Bursar
- Manage the front desk and customer service
- Manage department requests and operational needs
- Draft and distribute documentation and communications
- Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Facilitate recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute information
