Job Description
The Contract Specialist position at Howard University Hospital is responsible for managing contractual arrangements and agreements for goods and services procured by the University. The successful candidate will prepare documentation and legal drafts of contracts, ensure compliance with University and federal policies, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field of study
- 5 to 8 years experience in an academic, healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training
- Comprehensive knowledge of Government Contracting and related laws, regulations and guidelines such as FARS
