The Talent Acquisition department hires qualified candidates to fill positions which contribute to the overall strategic success of Howard University. As a Shift Supervisor, the purpose of this position is to assist in maintaining a safe and secure campus and hospital environment by providing direct supervision and coordination over the daily activity of the security personnel.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Five (5) years of responsible work experience in law enforcement or security work
- Two (2) years at a supervisory level
- Two (2) years of training in an accredited college or university in criminal justice or related field
- Ability to pass a written examination and complete an Assessment Phase of the employment process
