The West Campus Facilities Manager provides senior-level leadership and operational management for all facilities, maintenance, custodial coordination, and infrastructure operations across Howard University’s West Campus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree with extensive experience considered
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, or engineering services
- Supervisory experience overseeing teams or contractors
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and work order management
- OSHA, CEFP, or trade certifications preferred
