The Program/Administrative Coordinator will perform a variety of office management and administrative work, including scheduling, correspondence, and financial reporting. The incumbent will work independently and use initiative to carry out regular assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 4-6 years of experience, or 10 years of related work experience in lieu of education
- Advanced knowledge of office and administrative practices and principles
- Skill in operation of computers, related software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with a diverse population
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious work relations with faculty, staff, residents, students, and the general public
