Claims Executive - Corporate & Commercial

We are seeking a Claims Executive to join our established Claims team and be responsible for delivering a quality and efficient claims service to clients. You will be based in our Colchester office and ideally be onsite for 2/3 days per week on average.

Requirements

• Managing end to end claims process regardless of size
• Providing assistance and advice on large or complex transit losses
• Utilising extensive knowledge of insurance policies, coverage types, and claims procedures
• Collaborating closely with internal departments and external vendors and other stakeholders
• Analysing claims data, identifying trends and developing strategies to mitigate risk
• Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to junior team members
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, brokers, insurers, loss adjusters/ assessors/ third party legal representatives and industry partners
• Staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
