Job Description
We are seeking a Tax Manager - ANZ to coordinate tax compliance and planning activities, ensuring adherence to Australian tax laws and managing tax risks. The role involves working closely with external advisors, the ATO, and internal finance teams to manage tax obligations and provide tax advisory support for business transactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax compliance, reporting, and tax advisory, with a bachelor's degree in accounting or law, and CA or CPA qualification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or law, CA or CPA qualified
- Exposure in a multinational or complex corporate structure
- Exposure to international tax and transfer pricing
- Experience with tax reporting under IFRS / local GAAP
- Experience with tax software – preferably OneSource
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and written & verbal communication skills
- Skill in combining creative and logical approaches to problem-solving
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate, prioritise and balance multiple projects while adhering to tight timeframes
