Account Manager

As an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team working as an on-site employee at our Berea, OH location, developing strong relationships with key customer contacts and enhancing customer relationships through excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts
• Enhance customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service
• Identify customer needs and wants for product, service, and support
• Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
• Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits
