Job Description
Howmet Fastening Systems is seeking a CNC Operator III- 1st Shift for the Fullerton, CA site. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC controlled machine tools.
Requirements
- Selects and sets proper tooling as identified on tool layout to correspond with program.
- Programs, loads and proves out program and runs and self-inspects first article samples.
- Completes as directed all necessary documentation for each set-up.
- Run, monitor and troubleshoot equipment in production, adjusting set-up as necessary.
- Monitor tool life and dimensional characteristics of product.
- Performs routine preventive maintenance procedures on equipment.
