Electrician A - Weekend Nights (Alloy)

Howmet Aerospace is seeking an Electrician A to provide electrical support to the plant and maintain functioning electrical systems. The Electrician A will assist in the implementation of EHS values and policies and comply with all department, facility, corporate, and regulatory EHS regulations. The Electrician A will also maintain and install electrical systems and equipment, inspect circuits and wiring, and perform minor mechanical maintenance functions when necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to read simple ladder logic
• Ability to read a variety of blue prints
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and Analog signals
• Ability to setup VFDs and troubleshoot alarm codes
• Familiar with HMI computers
• Familiar in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Comfortable with the troubleshooting of high voltage equipment (600V)
• Requires lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
• Requires lifting of up to 70 lbs.
• Push/Pull forces of up to 200 lbs.
