Intern - Manufacturing Engineering

Howmet Fastening Systems is seeking an Engineering Intern in our Torrance, California for the 2026 summer intern program. The program consists of 10-12 weeks of structured hands-on training involving plant tours, seminars, networking events, and projects selected to add direct value to the business.

Requirements

• Tool life capital improvement planning (materials, coatings, fluids, feeds & speeds)
• Improve tool life through design of experiment testing of machining factors
