Manufacturing Engineer I

As a Manufacturing Engineer I at our Fullerton, CA location, you'll be part of our engineering team working as an onsite employee. This role develops, evaluates and enhances manufacturing methods for aerospace machined components, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, lean principles, assembly methods and quality control standards.

Requirements

• Support manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist with creating and maintaining work instructions, routers, and standard operating procedures.
• Support process changes, validations and shop-floor improvements.
• Participate in NPI, FAI, and Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Collects and analyzes basic manufacturing data (cycle time, scrap rate, yield).
• Reviews and implements manufacturing drawing and engineering change notices.
• Support Cost-Reduction and Efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in PFMEA, Process Capability, and RCCA studies.
