Product Engineer

Role Overview

This position is responsible for technical leadership and developing robust processes that consistently meet or exceed our customers' requirements for developing tooling, fixtures and gauges to produce and inspect the dimensional characteristics and the metallurgical quality and performance of aerospace components.

What You Will Do

Conceives, evaluates, and implements problem solving activities, cost reduction initiatives and part/process improvement activities supporting all Shifts. Functions as both an individual contributor and as a technical leader to other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
