The Production Supervisor is a full-time position responsible for leading the hourly workforce in a forging facility, ensuring safe work practices, meeting customer demands, and eliminating waste. The incumbent will provide leadership, coaching, and clear direction to employees, and communicate with various levels of personnel and management.
