Job Description
Howmet Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join their team in City of Industry, CA, manufacturing facility. The role involves rigorous process improvement, root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with quality standards, particularly with products like jet engine components and structural parts. This is a customer-facing position within a global aerospace provider.
Requirements
- Performs Customer Purchase Order/Contract Reviews
- Participates in the development and implementation of quality related policies
- Conducts material review board activities and investigates failures
- Leads both customer and supplier facing quality functions
- Prepares periodic and special reports on quality statistics
- Coordinates customer source inspection
