Quality Manager - Plant 10

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance, quality engineering, quality control, MDM, and Nondestructive Testing oversight teams. The ideal candidate will promote the AEN quality policy, ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Planning and tracking of audits and other event-based interventions
• Coordinating efforts to ensure success and continuous improvement
• Ensuring organizational IP protection and upholding standards and values
• Providing justification for decisions and direction to peers and stakeholders
• Aligning peers and stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Collaborating with multiple areas of practice to ensure system and product integrity
• Willingness to take unpopular stands on behalf of quality, safety, and established standards
• Ability to discern root cause of an issue and determine best course of action quickly
• Building trust with team, peers, and cross-functionally
• Communicating to internal stakeholders and preparing organization and its functions accordingly
• Providing easy-to-follow work instructions and managing coverage schedule
• Focusing on continuous improvement, strength of the system, outcomes, and indicators
