Job Description
Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for their Torrance, CA location. This role is responsible for all human resources functions, including talent management, employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance. The manager will lead talent development, strategic partnerships, and act as a change agent within the manufacturing plants. They will also be a consultant to leadership on HR policies and issues.
