We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to build and evolve user-facing applications and backend services that support our core business platforms.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience as a full-stack or backend-leaning engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, PHP, and Node.js in production environments.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks or libraries.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and basic data modelling concepts.
Understanding of secure coding practices and common web security considerations.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services, fintech, or similar industries is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to delivering maintainable solutions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
