Job Description
We are hiring 2x recruiters in London, Liverpool, Birmingham, and Manchester to expand our UK presence. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding financial advisors with transferable AUM.
Requirements
- Proven success recruiting financial advisors with transferable assets
- Strong existing network; confident attending and hosting industry events
- Resilient, self-motivated, and organised, with a clear plan of action
- Direct communicator open to giving and receiving honest feedback
- Able to work both independently and within a global team structure
- Professional, transparent, and results-focused, with no ego
