This role leads the Enterprise Operations Executive Program Management team focused on Communications, Events, and Change Management, delivering high-impact executive communications, pan-Enterprise Operations events, and transformation communications that enable clarity, alignment, and adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Lead the Enterprise Operations Executive Program Management team
- Develop the skills, capabilities, and career growth of a multidisciplinary team of program managers
- Partner closely with Enterprise Operations leaders, Corporate Affairs, and Transformation Program Management teams
- Establish strong operating rhythms, standards, and processes
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, and project timelines
- Develop a comprehensive Enterprise Operations Transformation Communications & Change Management strategy
- Oversee development of internal and external executive-level communications
- Direct the design and execution of enterprise-wide employee engagement programs
- Lead the planning and execution of major enterprise events
- Partner with leaders to design and deliver communication strategies that support enterprise transformation and change adoption
