
Job description
As a Product Technical Marketing Engineer, this person leads teams/projects to solve common and complex business issues, leveraging developed subject matter knowledge. The role manages cross-functional program teams, delivers reports, and tracks progress against established plans.
Drive field product quality & customer experience, lead moderate to high complexity projects, generate actionable insights, assess and drive field issues, and lead bug tracking resolution and reporting.
Individuals who do well in this role possess a graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience. They should have knowledge of Agile Methodology, Automation, Change Management, and Computer Science.
