The Print Software Program Delivery team is seeking a Supplies Division Program Manager to drive portfolio-level execution and strategic alignment across multiple Supplies programs and strategic deliverables. This role is accountable for shaping and governing integrated division roadmaps, aligning priorities and commitments across product, engineering, operations, and business functions, and ensuring predictable delivery through program milestones.
Requirements
- Plays a critical role in the planning and execution of the organization's most complex and visible technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products.
- Defines the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap to address the problems/opportunities in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Reaches across functions or departments to mitigate program risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.
- Ensures that project deliverables meet established quality standards and are aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Allocates resources, including personnel and budgets, to ensure project teams have the necessary support to achieve objectives.
