The Advanced Customer Engineer - Critical Account Team role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise is responsible for working with the company's largest and most important customers, primarily in the Critical Account Program. The role involves senior level case oversight/review, facilitating software engineering needs, and remote and/or fly and fix support for customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise networking, excellent technical skills, and outstanding communication skills. The position requires approximately 10-40% travel as required to do onsite troubleshooting in customer environments.
