Requirements
- Graduated from a university within the last 12 months from start date
- Full-time availability
- Polish & English on an advanced professional level
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Strong analytical, technical, and data manipulation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, or VBA
- Interest in process and report automation
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual, cross-cultural team
- Passion for simplifying processes and improving efficiency
