Senior Cloud QA Engineer role designed as ‘Hybrid’ with expectation to work 2 days/week from HPE office. Responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex network orchestration and cloud deployment network solutions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of OSI model and networking protocols
- Proficient in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Expertise in configuring a wide range of security devices
- Strong proficiency in data networking
- Practical experience with configuration and testing of Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication sources
- Virtualization & Cloud Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with VMware, KVM, Hyper-V
- Experience testing Security/Cloud products (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge/Experience in testing applications for Public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Cloud)
- Exposure to container-based technologies and Kubernetes
- System load and performance testing expertise
- Experience with load/performance test systems such as Breaking Point and Spirent
- System scale, performance and/or solution-level testing experience
- Strong command of Linux CLI commands and Bash scripting
- Proficiency in Test automation development using Python
- Experience in test script development for automated validation using Pytest framework
