Software Engineer - C/C++ & Networking

Software Engineer - C/C++ & Networking role designed to contribute to the design, development, and evolution of the PTX Series Routers Packet Forwarding software platform. Responsibilities include architecting and developing packet forwarding features, designing complex algorithms, and working with product line managers and test teams.

Requirements

• BS in CS with 3 years of work experience
• In-depth understanding of IP routing/forwarding and networking concepts
• Strong C/C++ programming & debugging skills
• Good understanding of system architecture for network processor based products
• Strong fundamental computer science skills like algorithms, data structures, operating systems
• Hands on experience in Linux
• Strong oral and written communication skills
